Mobile solutions for firefighting

Sometimes it has to be more, especially when large quantities of extinguishing agent are needed because of the high fire risk. The voluminous mobile extinguishers are available with all common extinguishing agents from powder to foam and CO2 to gel, in order to meet the requirements of the different areas of application.

Naming the LE for mobile fire extinguishers

According to ASR A2.2, mobile fire extinguishers can be a measure in case of increased fire hazards. The use and number of mobile fire extinguishers is determined within the framework of a risk assessment (according to § 3 of the Workplace Ordinance, ASR A2.2). For this area, the designation of the extinguishing units is completely irrelevant. We have therefore decided not to mention them in our brochures. However, you are welcome to ask us about them at any time.

By the way: If, e.g. for reasons of drinking water purity, a wall hydrant according to ASR A2.2 is to be replaced by a mobile extinguisher, the mobile extinguisher should also fulfil at least the chargeable extinguishing agent units of 27 extinguishing units. This capacity of 27 extinguishing units is far exceeded by all mobile Jockel foam and powder extinguishers from 50 l /kg. As part of the risk assessment, suitable extinguishing agent and extinguishing agent quantity to compensate for a wall hydrant must be determined.
