ExxFire uses cool nitrogen gas to reduce the oxygen content and extinguish fires effectively. The compact cool gas generator produces the inert gas safely without high-pressure storage, eliminating risks. Nitrogen is residue-free, protecting sensitive electronics - ideal for space-constrained, critical environments.
Object protection through aspiration fire detection in combination with non-pressurised nitrogen extinguishing. Suitable for closed server racks and switch cabinets with a volume of up to 4.5 m³. Up to eight units can be linked to reliably protect even larger areas.
An active suction system with three optical sensors detects smoke at an early stage. Once the alarm is triggered, the cold gas generator is activated, releasing nitrogen at low pressure and ambient temperature. This extinguishes fires in closed cabinets quickly and without any increase in pressure or temperature.
Three highly sensitive optical sensors reliably detect smoke, while the Votexx software combines measured values and reduces false alarms. A fan continuously monitors the air in the protected volume. The CNF series has a flexible user interface that displays status, error codes, muting and deactivation and can be mounted in three positions.

Thanks to the combination of early smoke detection and non-pressurised nitrogen extinguishing, they reliably protect sensitive technology and are ideal for server racks, control cabinets and other closed enclosures. Thanks to integrated aspiration fire detection with three highly sensitive optical sensors, smoke particles are detected at an early stage. The intelligent Votexx software analyses the measurements and reduces false alarms to a minimum, while a continuous flow of air through the built-in fan ensures that even the smallest smoke development is detected immediately. The centrepiece is the cold gas generator, which safely produces nitrogen from a solid chemical block. The gas is released at ambient temperature and at a very low pressure of between 3 and 5 bar. This means that there are no risks from high-pressure storage, no pressure surges and no temperature changes in the protected volume. Nitrogen is residue-free and protects sensitive electronics without causing damage. ExxFire systems are compact, easy to integrate and offer flexible application options. Individual units protect enclosures from 1.5 to 4.5 m³, while volumes of 12 to 24 m³ can be reliably protected by linking up to eight modules. This makes the systems perfect for space-limited, critical environments with high safety requirements. In addition, the CNF series models have a flexible user interface that displays system status, error codes, muting and deactivation and can be mounted in three positions to ensure optimum access at all times.
