Qualified person training course according to BetrSichV

The Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) in its version of 01.06.2015 includes the requirements for the competent person for the first time. Previously, these requirements were regulated in the technical rule TRBS 1203. With the inclusion of these requirements in the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, they become legally binding. For this reason, the competent person must be trained independently. The training is scheduled in such a way that it can be combined with the course "Mobile Equipment Expertise".

The competent person according to BetrSichV § 2 (6) in connection with the appendix 2 section 4 no. 3 applicable for the area of fire extinguishers checks pressure vessels and their pressure-bearing equipment parts for their operational safety in order to avoid pressure hazards.
