Conditions of participation for training courses & seminars<\/p>\n

1. registrations<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Registrations for seminars and courses must be made in writing. In the event of overbooking, the order in which registrations are received shall count. The participant will receive a binding confirmation of registration, subject to cancellation for good cause. Your personal documents will be sent to you in good time before the seminar begins.<\/p>\n

2. seminar costs<\/p>\n

The invoice will be sent to you 21 days before the start of the seminar. Seminar costs must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the start of the course. Participation is unfortunately not possible without a corresponding receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

3. cancellations<\/p>\n

Courses can be cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the event without incurring a cancellation fee or can be rebooked free of charge. Cancellations must be made in writing. The date of the postmark is decisive. In the event of cancellation after this deadline up to the 7th day before the start of the seminar, 10% of the participation fee will be due for payment. In the event of a later cancellation, 20% of the seminar fee will be due. In the event of non-attendance or premature cancellation of the seminar, the full participation fee must be paid.<\/p>\n

4. cancellation and change<\/p>\n

Jockel reserves the right to postpone or cancel seminars. In this case, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the seminar fee. The participant shall have no further claims beyond this. If individual teaching units have to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons, participants will be notified immediately by telephone. In the event of cancellation, alternative dates will be given.<\/p>\n

5. data storage<\/p>\n

By registering, the participant consents to the processing and storage of his\/her personal data for the purposes of the course and the sending of subsequent information about products and services of Feuerschutz Jockel.<\/p>\n

6. disclaimer<\/p>\n

Fire Protection Jockel accepts no liability for failure to achieve the course objective.<\/p>\n

7. reissue of certificates:<\/p>\n

A flat-rate fee of \u20ac8.90 (plus statutory VAT) is charged for the reissue or replacement of lost certificates and certificates of competence.<\/p>\n
